What if the engineer isn't a fit?+
You can request a no-questions replacement within the first 7 days and at any review milestone after that. We absorb the ramp-up time.
Do you handle contracts, payroll, and compliance?+
Yes. We invoice you monthly in USD/EUR/GBP. Engineers are contracted through our entities in India, EU, and LATAM with full IP assignment to you.
